Who sees what you tell us

Your Punters Finance broker and the office that supports them. Lenders you agree to approach. Our licensee, BWM Licensees Pty Ltd, Australian Credit Licence 384704, through TSC Mortgage Brokers. Service providers under contract who run parts of our systems: cloud hosting and security (Cloudflare, Australia and global), the language model that reads and summarises what you tell us (Anthropic, United States), voice and avatar rendering where used (Anam, United Kingdom), email delivery (Resend, United States), and text message delivery (an Australian provider). When you speak to our digital office, your words are transcribed by your own browser and the transcript is stored and processed by these providers; no audio recording is kept. By using the site you consent to this overseas disclosure under Australian Privacy Principle 8. We do not sell your information.
